We treat all substance use disorders. Addictions treated at Valley Vista include but aren’t limited to benzodiazepine, opioid, cocaine, meth, alcohol, marijuana, LSD, psychedelic, and synthetic drug addiction. Here’s a little bit about what you or your loved one looking for a Barre addiction treatment center can expect in substance abuse treatment at Valley Vista.
When you first enter treatment, you may be going through the detox process. Valley Vista has clinical medical staff on-site 24/7 who can help incoming clients through withdrawals from alcohol and other drugs. However, unlike other addiction treatment centers, Valley Vista clients are able to start therapy right away while getting withdrawal management services.
By integrating detox services into our inpatient program, Valley Vista makes treatment seamless and avoids the disruption that can occur when clients have to move from one facility to another. This also means that you can get immediate therapeutic support.
While the acute withdrawal process can be difficult, it is often short-lived, lasting for 1-2 weeks or less. Our Vermont drug and alcohol detox services include but aren’t limited to monitoring, medications for withdrawal symptoms (when applicable), and other forms of support for clients going through uncomfortable physical and psychological withdrawal symptoms.
Valley Vista takes a thorough approach to addiction treatment that is unrivaled by treatment centers, which is one of the #1 reasons Barre residents looking for a Barre addiction treatment center choose us. Clients at Valley Vista’s inpatient drug rehab in Vermont engage in group therapy seven days per week and individual therapy three times per week for optimal structure and care. Every Valley Vista client gets an individualized treatment plan designed to fit their unique needs.
Men’s and women’s programs at Valley Vista differ in ways that support our individualized approach to addiction and dual diagnosis treatment. Our gender-specific facilities and living spaces mean that you’ll only engage with people of the same gender during groups and other treatment activities.
