Planning For Treatment

Embarking on a journey to recovery at Valley Vista is a transformative experience grounded in compassion, expertise, and a clinically-focused approach. Here’s what you can expect from our comprehensive treatment plan:

Your journey begins with a thorough initial assessment conducted by our experienced clinical team. This evaluation helps us understand your unique needs, the severity of your substance use disorder, and any co-occurring mental health conditions. The assessment forms the foundation of your personalized treatment plan.

Based on the initial assessment, we craft a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. Our evidence-based approach integrates multiple therapeutic modalities, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Health Realization
  • Seeking Safety
  • Smart Recovery
  • 12-Step Programming

Valley Vista offers true gender-specific treatment programs, with facilities located two hours apart to ensure focused and specialized care. Our women’s center accommodates 28 beds, while the men’s center has 71 beds, providing a safe and intimate environment for recovery.

Unlike other programs, Valley Vista does not have a separate detox unit. This means you are immediately involved in treatment and group activities upon admission, ensuring that you are actively engaged in your recovery from day one.

Our compassionate and dedicated staff are committed to supporting you throughout your recovery journey. We emphasize humility, accountability, and acceptance, creating a therapeutic environment where you feel respected and validated.
