Gender-Specific Care

Valley Vista takes pride in its commitment to gender-specific care, recognizing the unique needs of men and women on the path to recovery. Our Bradford facility caters exclusively to men, offering a tailored environment that promotes camaraderie and mutual support. Simultaneously, the Vergennes location is dedicated to women, fostering a space where shared experiences and understanding create a strong foundation for healing.

The separation of our programs ensures a focused, distraction-free atmosphere, allowing individuals to connect with peers who share similar experiences and challenges. Our gender-specific approach extends across all facets of treatment, including therapy sessions, group activities, and residential accommodations.

As part of our gender-specific care, Valley Vista recognizes the importance of providing specialized support for the distinct challenges men and women face in the recovery process. Our goal is to create a safe and empowering environment where individuals can explore their unique journeys toward healing.

Stories of Recovery

Awesome place to get help if your serious. Really helped me wanting to stay sober. My experience was life changing and I miss it and the people I met there. I see a lot of comments about the food being bad, it’s not bad at all and you can eat as much as you want. They have a juice bar, cereal bar, fruits, bagels on deck 24 hrs a day. Oh yea and milk and coffee all day. I think you get 8 smoke breaks which is really nice. I really do miss it I met really cool people there. Had to leave a 5 star review good luck !
